What does Avis Galaxy Trading do?
Avis Galaxy Trading operates across two primary divisions:
Commodity Trading: EN590 / Diesel, Palm Oil, Gold.
Trade Finance Solutions: DLC, SBLC.
Are you the manufacturer of the commodities?
Not necessarily. Depending on the transaction, products may be supplied through producers, refineries, authorised sellers, suppliers, distributors or other commercial counterparties.
Avis Galaxy Trading primarily facilitates and coordinates suitable trading opportunities.
Where can commodities be delivered?
Requirements may be evaluated on an AWSP (Any World Safe Port) basis.
Actual delivery depends on seller capability, product availability, logistics, destination regulations and contract terms.
What is your minimum palm oil quantity?
Our standard minimum palm-oil enquiry is:
5,000 MT
Which diesel specifications can you source?
Requirements can be evaluated for EN590 10 PPM as well as selected 50 PPM and 500 PPM diesel, depending on destination requirements and supplier availability.
What is the minimum DLC or SBLC transaction?
USD 1 Million
Do you manage the complete DLC or SBLC process?
Depending on the transaction, our role can extend from applicant or issuer-side coordination through to beneficiary or receiver-side coordination.
The applicable scope is established for each transaction.
Which banking channels may be involved?
Depending on the transaction, proposed channels may include institutions such as:
- CIMB Singapore
- Standard Chartered Singapore
- HSBC London
- J.P. Morgan Chase
- UBS AG
However, no named institution should be considered committed to a particular transaction unless it has independently accepted and approved the applicable transaction.
Is issuance guaranteed?
No instrument or transaction should be regarded as approved or completed until all applicable transaction conditions, counterparties and institutions have completed their required processes.
Can you provide immediate commodity pricing?
We can evaluate pricing after receiving a complete requirement. At minimum, provide:
- Product
- Specification
- Quantity
- Destination
- Incoterm
- Payment terms
Do buyers need licences?
Buyers are responsible for obtaining all applicable licences, permits and approvals required by their respective jurisdiction and transaction.
Do you work with intermediaries?
Authorised intermediaries and representatives may be considered where authority, commercial chain and transaction structure can be clearly established.
