    We assess the requirement, proposed transaction structure and supporting information. Where necessary, additional information or documentation will be requested.

  3. Structure & counterparty coordination

    Depending on the transaction, suitable buyers, sellers, commercial counterparties, financial counterparties, providers or banking routes may be identified and evaluated.

  4. Commercial terms & documentation

    The relevant transaction terms are established. These can include pricing, specifications, delivery, banking structure, instrument wording, documentation requirements, transaction procedure and contractual terms.

  5. Due diligence

    Relevant parties may undergo corporate, commercial and transaction-level verification before proceeding.

  6. Execution

    Once the relevant parties accept the agreed structure, the transaction proceeds according to the applicable contract, procedure and institutional requirements.

  7. Completion
